environmental,and project-specific proceduresMaintain equipment and project resources used in field activitiesIdentify and report field-related concerns and site issues to supervisorsEnsure work is completed in accordance with qualified and regulatory standardsTeam & StakeholderSupportRepresent SNG and AECOM professionallywhile interacting with clients, stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and the publicWork collaboratively with archaeology team members, supervisors, and project managersAssist with other field and project-related duties as requiredWhatYou BringCurrent enrollment in or completionof post-secondary education in Archaeology, Anthropology, Cultural Resource Management,or a related field preferredEquivalent education and experience may be consideredExperience performing physically demanding outdoor work is requiredPrevious archaeological field experience is considered an assetKnowledge of archaeological field methods and proceduresStrong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skillsBasic computer proficiencyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailProfessional communication and interpersonal skillsAdaptability and willingness to learn in dynamic field environmentsAdditional RequirementsAbility to travel throughout OntarioAbility to work out of town, including overnight staysValid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence in good standing is preferredMust be legally entitled to work in CanadaAbility to perform physically demanding fieldwork,



including walking, digging,lifting, bending, and carrying equipmentAvailability to start as soon as possibleWorking ConditionsThis position is primarilyfield-based and requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions, includingheat, rain, rough terrain, dense vegetation, and insect exposure.
