About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other financial data to assess the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses.
• Prepare detailed credit reports and risk assessments with clear recommendations on loan approvals or rejections.
• Monitor the performance of existing loan portfolios and identify potential risks.
• Ensure compliance with the banks credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with loan officers and other stakeholders regarding credit decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis, banking, or a related financial role.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and credit scoring methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams.
