Partnering with business leaders and HR, you will diagnose challenges and implement solutions that align with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee end-to-end organization design projects • Refine operating models including decision rights and governance • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs • Conduct workforce analyses to enhance organizational health • Lead discussions and workshops with cross-functional teams

Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness • Proven expertise in organization and operating model design • Strong judgment in quick-paced environments • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills • Familiarity with organizational modeling tools like OrgVue
