Hiring from within is our go to growing our own right here.Job PurposeThe Employee Services Representative is responsible for being the first point of contact for employees and for visitors, answering phones, maintaining the visitor management system, scheduling tours, reporting as well as other office duties. They are also responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources team.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis position will support the Afternoon shift. Hours of work are from 11:30 PM – 8:00 PM.First point of contact for CMP employeesPosting/removal of daily/weekly HR board information around plant.
