• Conduct interviews and personnel evaluations • Manage operations focusing on infection control and safety • Oversee departmental budget management and financial reporting • Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment • Ensure staff compliance with cleanliness and service standards

Requirements: • Two years of supervisory experience in housekeeping • Proficient in Infection Control and safety protocols • Unionized work experience is a plus • Solid problem-solving and communication skills • Solid administrative and organizational ability
