This role is primarily responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, following up on leads, and supporting the overall sales process from initial inquiry through order completion. The successful candidate will combine strong sales and communication skills with excellent organization and attention to detail. In addition to inside sales responsibilities, this position will provide customer support and administrative assistance to ensure customers receive a positive and efficient experience. Although the position is primarily office- or home-based, occasional travel may be required for customer visits. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Respond to inbound sales inquiries and proactively contact prospective customers. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation. Follow up on leads, quotations,



and opportunities in a timely manner. Work toward individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with other members of the sales team to maximize sales opportunities. Customer Support Serve as a primary point of contact for customers before, during, and after the sale. Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and other communication channels. Assist customers with product information, order status, availability, and general inquiries. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage ongoing business. Build robust, professional relationships with customers and provide a consistently positive customer experience. Administrative Responsibilities Coordinate internally with operations, purchasing, accounting, shipping, and other departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
