and children)An integrated Children's Ministry serving both congregationsOur MissionTo glorify God as salt and light by praying vigilantly, loving earnestly, serving diligently, rooting deeply in God's Word, and witnessing the transforming power of the Gospel.Our VisionEquipping Christ-like disciples to impact the generations.Who We're Looking ForWe are prayerfully seeking a youth pastor who demonstrates:Theological or related training, with relevant church ministry experience.A committed follower of Christ, actively growing spiritually and living according to biblical principles.Alignment with the beliefs, values, and vision of PMPGMBC.A genuine heart and passion for youth ministry.Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese is an asset.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Must pass a criminal background check.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversee the youth ministry (primarily English Speaking)Assist transition of Cantonese speaking youth to English speaking group.Collaborate with children's and adult ministries to ensure a shared vision and continuity of care.Lead youth fellowship, Sunday School, retreats, youth worship, and other programs that encourage discipleship and spiritual growth.Plan and participate in outreach initiatives to engage youth outside the church.Develop curriculum and resources for youth ministry programs.Recruit, mentor, and equip youth leaders.Build strong, trusting relationships with youth and provide pastoral care and counseling.Establish and manage the annual youth ministry budget.
