Key Responsibilities:



• Implement recovery-oriented services for clients • Conduct thorough psychosocial and psychiatric assessments • Collaborate with diverse teams to provide comprehensive care • Develop and lead inpatient therapeutic groups • Comply with patient safety policies and regulations

Requirements: • Registration with Ontario College of Nurses • Psychiatric Nursing certification from a recognized college • Recent experience in psychiatric nursing (3 years) • Familiarity with Mental Health Act and patient safety principles • Valid CPI certification for crisis intervention
