If your values are aligned with our core values listed at:https://myencompass.Ca/about-us/who-we-are/, please consider joining our team.Position SummaryThe Coordinator will support the oversight of the day-to-day operations of The LOFT, including client care, case management, and staff supervision. They will assist their team in the onsite delivery of services, in a multi-disciplinary team environment. They will be assisting clients in meeting their needs and enhancing their life skills and preparing their transition to safe, secure, and sustainable housing. The Coordinator will be working in partnership with AHS and other community partners with the overall goals of client, staff and community safety.The Coordinator will oversee the evening operations of The LOFT. The Coordinator will play a supportive role in program and policy implementation. As a Coordinator, you will assist in the monitoring of operational and evaluative aspects of the program and fulfill the supervision requirements of direct reports.ResponsibilitiesProgram & OperationsOversee the day-to-day evening operations of The LOFT, ensuring the effective and safe delivery of client services.Support the implementation of program policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with agency, program, and funder requirements.Monitor program operations, documentation, databases, and reporting requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation and respond to operational matters as required.Communicate property, safety,



and operational concerns to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner.Client Services & SafetySupport a client-centred, strength-based approach to service delivery and assist clients in meeting their goals, developing life skills, and transitioning to safe, secure, and sustainable housing.Provide guidance and support to staff in managing client needs, complex situations, and crisis situations.Support risk management practices related to client and staff safety, confidentiality, duty of care, and mandatory reporting.Work collaboratively with AHS, community partners, and other stakeholders to support positive client outcomes and overall community safety.Staff Supervision & DevelopmentProvide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and constructive feedback to assigned staff.Support recruitment, retention, onboarding, and performance management of program staff.Complete staff supervision and performance appraisals as required.Develop and monitor staff schedules, time balances, and payroll submissions.Ensure required staff training is maintained and identify opportunities for professional development.Step into frontline or acting roles as required to support program operations.Monitor program expenditures to ensure they remain within established budgets.Review and submit invoices, expense reports, payroll, and other financial documentation as required.Maintain accurate program records and ensure timely completion of required documentation.Escalate financial, operational, human resource, or other significant concerns to the appropriate supervisor.Promote a positive team culture and model enCompass's mission, vision, values, and guiding principles.Participate in staff, Leadership Team, Operational Excellence Team, agency committee, and other meetings as required.Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, neighbours, stakeholders,
