Within this position, you will be responsible for both preventative and routine maintenance within the community. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct repairs on building systems,



including HVAC and plumbing • Manage landscaping and outdoor maintenance activities • Track maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with procedures • Inspect and replace lighting fixtures in common areas • Coordinate with subcontractors on specific repair tasks

Requirements: • Strong background in maintenance, including plumbing and electrical systems • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English • Relevant experience in general building maintenance is required • Previous supervisory experience is highly regarded • Ability to efficiently prioritize and schedule maintenance activities
