The role involves providing legal and regulatory advice on products, strategies, and policies, while acting as a subject matter expert to mitigate legal risk and support business objectives.

Key Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Degree in law (LLB or JD).
- Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience: Less than 7 years of legal practice or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: In-depth proficiency in negotiation,



verbal/written communication, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

- Deliver legal advice and instruct external counsel regarding banking products and initiatives.
- Identify emerging legal trends and risks to inform organizational decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work independently on complex legal issues while exercising sound professional judgment.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $175,000.00 (Salaried).
