SRC also offers many other benefits such as flexible retirement and savings options, insured benefits, professional development opportunities, a robust safety program, and an outstanding team environment.OverviewPerform general building maintenance and trouble shoot issues with facilities related items such as doors,windows,and locksMount, hang, and secure objects on walls such as shelves, pictureframes,and fixturesAssemble furniture, including desks,chairs,and other office equipmentAssistwith seasonal groundskeeping tasksMaintain a safe and organized work environment,



ensuring all tools and materials are safely storedAssistin setup and breakdown of SRC spaces formeetingsandeventsMonitor and report any larger maintenance needs to senior team members and managersParticipate as a member of SRC's emergency management team andassistthe Health and Safety team with OH&S activitiesQualificationsExperience completing basic building maintenancetasks,repairs,and assemblyBuilding Operator certification(s)considered an assetAbletoliftand moveup to 50 lbsSkillsAdaptable and versatile, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities,tasks,and work environmentsStrongproblem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independentlyComfortable working autonomously and taking initiative to complete tasks with minimal supervisionMechanical aptitude with an understanding of how to use avariety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyEffective time management and organizational skillsThe chosen candidate will also be required to provide an original Criminal Record Check that is satisfactory to SRC prior to the commencement of any employment duties.
