Roles & Responsibilities: Communicates in a friendly professional manner with internal staff members and customers Operates and maintains company vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently Follow all regulations, including circle checks and pre use inspections Assist drivers and customers to load and unload materials. Pre picking inventory and equipment for deliveries. Ensure the yard is kept clean and garbage picked up.



Prepares accurate paperwork and records Assist with inventory levels and periodic checks Ensure materials are in the proper locations and kept organized Assist technicians with equipment fueling, washing, and house keeping Assist with snow removal duties around the Cavanagh complex Assist with tasks requested by other department heads Ensure all fire extinguishers located outside, are inspected monthly. All other day to day activities/ requests.
