Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily staffing and scheduling for the Nursing Department
• Update the Master Schedule with any shift changes
• Report recurrent absenteeism to the Director of Care
• Secure approval for necessary overtime work
• Maintain thorough attendance records for the team
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent needed
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Outstanding English communication skills required
• Must be willing to maintain current CPR certification
• Canadian work experience not mandatory
