Key Responsibilities:



• Efficiently address client service and repair requests • Perform general handyman services across the facility • Assist with building equipment maintenance and repairs • Support landscaping and exterior site duties • Conduct regular site maintenance and cleanup

Requirements: • At least 2 years in general maintenance, preferably in industry • Valid driver’s license for operating site vehicles • Excellent interpersonal skills with service focus • Ability to identify and implement building improvements • Proficient in both verbal and written communication
