Contract: 6 months, with potential for extension

Rate: $28.00–$33.45/hr INC

We are looking for a Derivatives Analyst to join a financial services operations team supporting day-to-day derivatives confirmation activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior finance professional looking to build hands‑on experience within derivatives and capital markets operations. Extensive industry experience is not required — the team is open to candidates with strong foundational knowledge, positive communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support daily derivatives confirmation and back‑office operations


• Draft and review ISDA confirmations


• Generate confirmations using established templates and internal booking systems


• Review transaction information and ensure confirmations are accurate and complete


• Work within largely automated confirmation workflows


• Collaborate with senior team members who will review confirmations before dispatch


• Learn internal processes and systems through structured onboarding and training


• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows

This position does not involve derivatives negotiations; those activities are handled by senior team members.

• CFA Level I completed or in progress

Systems & Training

Approximately one week of initial training will be provided. Previous experience with the teams systems is not required.
