Service Advisor - Dixie Toyota Pay Rate: $50000 - 50000 per year Dixie ToyotaService Advisor – Automotive Service DepartmentDixie Toyota | Mississauga, ONJob Type: Full-TimeSalary: $50,000 per year + performance-based KPI bonusesSchedule: 32–40 hours per week, 5 days per week, Monday to SaturdayAbout the RoleDixie Toyota is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department.As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle's service and repair experience. You will listen to customers' concerns, recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs, prepare estimates and repair orders, and keep customers informed throughout the service process.You will work closely with Service Technicians and other members of the dealership team to ensure repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive qualified who enjoys working with customers and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers in person and by phone in a professional and welcoming mannerListen to customers' vehicle concerns and accurately identify their service needsSchedule and coordinate vehicle service appointmentsPrepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and required documentationRecommend appropriate maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle needsExplain recommended services, repairs, pricing, and timelines clearly to customersCommunicate repair status and provide regular updates throughout the service processCoordinate with Service Technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairsReview completed work with customers and explain services performedPromote manufacturer maintenance schedules, service programs,



and dealership productsIdentify additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approachBuild and maintain long-term customer relationshipsFollow up with customers as required to ensure satisfactionMaintain accurate customer and vehicle recordsWork as part of a collaborative Service Department teamFollow all dealership policies, procedures, and health and safety standardsWhat We're Looking ForGrade 12 diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an assetPrevious Automotive Service Advisor, Service Consultant, Automotive Customer Service, or dealership experience is preferredStrong automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair is an assetExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong listening, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to explain technical information clearly to customersComfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentBasic computer and mathematical skillsExperience with PBS dealership software is an assetAbility to work a flexible schedule, including SaturdaysValid Ontario driver's licenceAbility and willingness to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehiclesLegally authorized to work in CanadaCompensation & Benefits$50,000 annual base salary + KPI-based performance bonusesFull-time employment, 32–40 hours per weekBi-weekly pay,
