Key Responsibilities:



• Investigate allegations of workplace discrimination • Gather evidence and conduct thorough interviews • Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations • Facilitate conflict resolution through mediation • Develop and deliver human rights training sessions

Requirements: • Expertise in Ontario Human Rights Code legislation • Degree in Human Rights, Law, or a related field • Proficiency in research and analytical reporting • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities • Proven experience managing conflict sensitively
