Position Type: Full-Time Contract (6 Months)
Travel Required: Yes, extensive travel across branch locations may be required during implementation.

Wage: $25.00-30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in-person.


• Facilitate SRM system training for branch and corporate employees.


• Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, reference guides, and e-learning resources.


• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), readiness assessments, and implementation activities.


• Coach employees and managers through operational and system changes.


• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and system adoption.


• Maintain training records, implementation updates, and user support documentation.


• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure successful deployment of SRM across the organization.

Key Qualifications

Degree, diploma, or certificate in Adult Education, Adult Learning, Training & Development, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.

• Experience delivering employee training, adult learning, facilitation, or instructional design.


• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.


• Experience supporting organizational change, business process improvements, or system implementations.






• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Solid computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365 applications.


• Ability to travel extensively throughout Canada during implementation phases.


• Experience with ERP, rental management, or operational systems is considered a strong asset.

• Bilingual considered an asset.
