About the Role
Our client, a respected recruitment consultancy based in Kimberley , is seeking a specialized Recruitment Consultant to focus on the healthcare sector. This role is vital for connecting healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, and administrators, with healthcare facilities and organizations. You will leverage your understanding of the healthcare industry and recruitment best practices to manage end-to-end searches, build relationships with healthcare providers, and attract top talent to the Northern Cape region. Operating in a hybrid model, you will contribute to filling critical roles within this essential sector, ensuring high-quality patient care across the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals, from sourcing to placement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
- Source candidates through various channels, including professional networks, medical associations, and specialized job boards.
- Screen and interview healthcare professionals, assessing their qualifications, experience, and suitability for roles.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and staffing needs.
- Provide a high level of service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a specialization in the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, qualifications, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently in a hybrid work setting.
- Relevant degree or certification in healthcare administration or human resources is a plus.
