Through an innovative combination of software, hardware, and product vision, we are changing how the world views digital marketing, digital communications and digital out of home (DOOH).We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Senior Accountant to play a key role in our month-end close process, revenue recognition, billing operations, and expense management. This role will work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Logistics to ensure accurate revenue and COGS recognition in the proper reporting periods.The ideal candidate has strong NetSuite experience, solid ASC 606 knowledge, and thrives in a hands‐on, operationally integrated finance environment. This full time position is open to candidates in Canada.Key ResponsibilitiesMonth-End Close & Financial ReportingLead assigned components of the monthly close processPrepare and post journal entries, including revenue and expense accrualsEnsure proper revenue and COGS cutoff in coordination with Sales, RevOps, and LogisticsPrepare and reconcile balance sheet accountsMaintain detailed supporting schedules and working papersAssist with quarterly and year-end reporting requirementsRevenue Recognition (ASC 606)Apply ASC 606 guidance to ensure revenue is recognized appropriatelyReview contracts and billing terms to determine revenue treatmentMaintain deferred revenue and revenue rollforward schedulesEnsure revenue and related COGS are recorded in the correct accounting periodBilling & Invoicing OperationsManage hardware invoicing processesOversee software invoicing using NetSuite SuiteBillingPartner with Sales and RevOps to ensure billing aligns with contractual termsResolve billing discrepancies and support collections inquiries as neededFixed Assets & CapitalizationMaintain fixed asset subledger (additions, disposals,
