This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working overnight shifts and being part of a collaborative, resident-focused care team.About The RoleThis is a temporary part-time position (0.921 FTE) working overnight shifts from 23:00 to 07:00. The end date is currently to be determined. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the care team, supporting residents through consistent, high-quality clinical care during overnight hours. You'll work closely with Registered Nurses and other team members to ensure safe, responsive, and holistic care.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications and perform nursing procedures within LPN scope of practiceMonitor resident health status and report changes to the care teamSupport the development and implementation of individualized care plansProvide safe, respectful, and dignified care aligned with Baptist Housing valuesMaintain accurate and timely documentation (PointClickCare, eMAR)Promote resident comfort, safety,



and wellbeing during overnight hoursRespond to clinical needs and support continuity of care across shiftsBuild positive relationships with residents, families, and team membersRequirementsLicensed Practical Nursing DiplomaCurrent registration in good standing with BCCNMPrevious experience in long-term care or assisted living preferredAvailability and preference for overnight (23:00–07:00) shiftsCompensation & BenefitsHourly rate ranging from $32.84 – $41.35.
