PositionSummary:

As a Manufacturing Support Technician atOmniaBio,you willbe part of a high-performanceteam focused on production projects adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Thisroleis site-based, and involvesworkingregularly scheduledshiftsatOmniaBio’sHamilton,Ontario,facility.



The primarypurpose of thisrole is to support cleanroom manufacturing activities byfacilitatingmaterial supply,removal ofwasteand environmental monitoring.Thispositionplaysan important roleinsupportingOmniaBio’sclient service provisiontomanufacturelife-savingcell andgene therapies

Responsibilities:

• FollowsOmniaBio’spolicies, standard operatingproceduresand GMP documentation,adhering toGoodDocumentation Practice.
• Ensuresthe integrity of materials and supplies in delivery to cleanrooms are not compromised.
• Removeswaste,adhering to strict procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
• Maintainscleanliness of production support areas and equipment employed undercontrolof the job holder.
• Utilizes theSAP enterpriseresource planningsystemtosupport manufacturing activities.
• Ensuresthatclassified space within the manufacturing area ismaintainedin aclean and secure state of control.
• Supports equipment maintenance through cleaning andlogbookreconciliation.
• Ensuresthe health and safety of the individual,

• Adoptsthe OmniaBio Operating Model (OBOM)andembracesa continuous improvement approach to all work activities.
• Engagesin training and development to perform work in GMP cleanrooms and takeson increased responsibilities.
• Liaiseswith cleanroom manufacturing personnelandtheSupply Chain and Quality Controlteamsto coordinate requirements in support of the batch manufacturing process.

Qualifications and experience:

• Experiencewithina manufacturing environmentutilizingdocumented proceduresispreferable.
• Prior experience in a working environment.
• Able toliftor carry upto20pounds.
