We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Registered Early Childhood Educator who demonstrates our values of compassion, accountability, responsiveness and empowerment; to our clients, families and each other.
As a Before and After School Program Staff, you will be working as part of a team providing a positive learning environment that supports children’s emotional, social, cognitive and physical growth and development. Wesley’s Before and After School Program Staff,
care for and observe children each day to understand and foster their interests and provide an engaging and stimulating environment and program.
Place of work: Rockton Elementary school (670 Highway 8 Rockton). Location and/or program can be changed based on enrollment and/or operational need.
Hours of work: Shift to be confirmed 32.5hrs. per week.
Status: Part-time contract
Rate of Pay: This position is a unionized, part-time, temporary contract position. The contract is September 1, 2026, until March 12, 2027. The rate of pay is $22.93 per hour; the rate of pay varies from $25.21 - $28.21 based on eligible wage top-ups available. Hours per week are 32.5hrs.
