What Youll Do
- Work alongside experienced roofers on residential roof repairs and replacements.
- Learn to install and repair shingles, flashing, and structural components.
- Assist with roof preparation, cleanup, and safe material handling.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean job site.
- Take direction from crew leads and develop hands-on roofing skills every day.
What Were Looking For
- No prior experience required -- we provide full training.
- Reliable, punctual,
and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and comfortable with heights.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Valid drivers licence and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
