This role is part of our Global Events & Strategic Initiatives team, where you will lead event planning and execution. Engage with business leaders to convert strategic goals into memorable corporate experiences, working alongside vendors and production teams to ensure flawless delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct planning, coordination, and delivery of events
• Partner with stakeholders for engaging audience experiences
• Oversee project timelines and event workstreams
• Manage speaker coordination and rehearsal logistics
• Help with event budgeting and vendor negotiations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years in corporate event production
• Robust expertise in event management and execution
• Experience supporting executive meetings and conferences
• Knowledge of digital event platforms and technologies
