- Valid PEI (or Canadian)

- Reliable 4-door vehicle in good condition
- Vehicle meets provincial safety inspection standards
- Valid registration and insurance in the driver’s name (or authorized to drive)
- Clean and well-maintained interior/exterior

Background & Eligibility

- Pass a criminal background check
- No major driving violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
