Overview OSI Systems companies have a long history of developing innovative solutions to bring a better quality of life to the world. Our OSI Electronics (OSIE) division is a diversified manufacturer of electronic devices and value-added manufacturing services. We provide our customers with the manufacturing capabilities and purchasing power of a global Electronics Manufacturing Services provider. By delivering regional and personalized support best provided by a smaller company, we strive to build lasting relationships and create close and valued partnerships with our customers. Our singular focus is to help security experts, clinical professionals and high-tech developers solve real-world problems and issues. PFC Flexible Circuits Limited, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking a Program Manager who serves as the bridge between our customers and our internal manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams, ensuring that high-value programs for key customers are managed to complete customer satisfaction from end-to-end in the factory. This includes forecasting, securing of raw materials and components, production control and job release, manufacturing issues and bottlenecks, kanban and stock management, and shipping schedules. Customer interaction and flow of information is key for this role.

This agile role requires a candidate with an understanding of PCB manufacturing processes as well as familiarity with sourcing. This individual will support day shift operations (8:30am - 5:00pm). Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between the customer and internal departments (Engineering, Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain). Monitor the status of open orders, proactively communicate lead times or material constraints (e.G., polyimide, coverlay availability), and ensure customer delivery schedules are met. Collaborate with procurement to identify and mitigate supply chain risks (e.G., component obsolescence, long lead times, material shortages) to prevent production delays. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor progress, manage resource allocation, and implement corrective actions when projects deviate from the baseline. Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" by providing feedback during the prototyping phase. In the event of a quality issue or non-conformance, lead the customer-facing response, collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to facilitate root-cause analysis and deliver timely corrective action reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales pipelines, and order forecasts within the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ERP systems. Analyze
