As a permanent member of the ATIPP Team, you'll provide essential advice on privacy legislation and process information requests per the Access to Information Act. Key Responsibilities:
• Process access requests under ATIA and POPA regulations
• Develop privacy policies and educational content
• Review Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and provide recommendations




• Conduct investigations into privacy incidents and breaches
• Maintain and update Personal Information Banks (PIBs) directory
Requirements:
• Skilled privacy certification or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Alberta's FOIP regulations
• Background in developing privacy management programs
• Experience in drafting and reviewing PIAs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
