Class 5, 5- Ton Operator for City P&D; High Level

Full time Manitoulin Transport has the most extensive transportation network in North America, making it easy to provide dependable, on-time delivery and faster transit times. Sustained by its 65 years of experience, Manitoulin developed the transportation knowledge that is relied on and trusted by clients in various industries. This driver is responsible for completing local deliveries within High Level and the surrounding area promptly by carrying, using a wheeler, a pallet jack, and a tailgate as required. They must be able to plan, load, and unload freight to a variety of customers. A normal work week is Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday shift. We'll need some flexibility in availabilityto meet customers' needs. Start time is 7:00 am on the dock, using a handheld device to receive freight and record any shortages or damages, then load freight onto delivery trucks. Complete deliveries and pick-ups,



and return to finish your day on the dock loading outbound freight. Class 5license 1 yearof City Pick-up and Delivery experience Electronic Logging Device and handheld device experience are assets Reliable and dependable PHYSICALLY FIT TDG, WHMIS, and Forklift experience areassets Must be able to provide a criminal record check, driver's abstract, and 2 work-related references.
