Role Description

This is a full-time in office role located in Mississauga, ON, for a Heidelberg XL106 Offset Press Operator. The member will be responsible for operating and maintaining offset printing presses, monitoring print quality, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring machine performance. Other tasks include troubleshooting any press issues, setup and clean-up,



and collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining offset printing presses. (preferably with late model Heidelberg XL106 running 18-28pt board)
• Skills in monitoring print quality and making necessary adjustments
• Competence in troubleshooting press issues and performing maintenance tasks
• Knowledge of setup and clean-up processes for offset printing presses
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing is beneficial
• Experience in a similar role within a packaging or printing industry is an advantage
