Key Responsibilities:
• Service complex transactions related to bankruptcies and proposals
• Approve, decline, or negotiate client interactions




• Conduct risk assessments and generate reports
• Field calls from clients and industry professionals
• Resolve specific group and process-related issues
Requirements:
• 2+ years of Collections experience
• Proven negotiation and decision-making skills
• Robust understanding of customer service vs. business risk
• Ability to work shifts from 8 am - 6 pm, Monday-Friday
• Experience in challenging environments
