WCLC is currently looking to add a Computer Operator to our Video Lottery Division in Saskatoon. This division manages the Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs) operation in the province of Saskatchewan and is looking for someone with strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills to join our team!The successful candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.This position requires the successful candidate to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnights.In joining our team as a Computer Operator, you will...Monitor status of servers for the VLT programPerform service dispatch system maintenance for the VLT programMonitor problems to ensure network stability and timely resolutionMaintain and update site operator filesProvide End of Day processing, including; Production of various reports for the VLT programProduction of revenue and game data reports for VLT programSystem integrity testingProvide coverage to Customer Services Department by:Processing calls receivedCreate service work orders as requiredIsolating network and terminal problemsOther duties and projects as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 2 years computer related experience.Strong organizational,
