This role involves key accounting tasks supporting month-end close and process enhancements in a rapid-paced environment.As a part of a growing finance team, you will report to the Accounting Manager and play a pivotal role in essential accounting functions. Your contributions will include journal entries, audit assistance, and improvements to financial reporting processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Support financial statement preparation and intercompany transactions
- Assist with audits and uphold internal control standards
- Prepare and file HST/GST returns while conducting variance analysis




- Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost data accuracyRequirements:
- Post-secondary education in Accounting; CPA in progress considered an asset
- Familiar with intermediate Excel capabilities; NetSuite experience is advantageous
- Understanding of full-cycle accounting and reconciliations
- Knowledge of IFRS and/or ASPE preferred
