As a Commercial Insurance Associate, you will apply your superior attention to detail and excellent client service skills while working closely with a team of Producers and Marketers on our Commercial accounts. You will help build long-term relationships with our clients with helping to answer client inquires and requests through policy and coverage insurers. We currently have openings available in both our Cranbrook and Castlegar branches.



A day in the life Assist producer and marketer with all aspects of servicing commercial accounts Meet existing clients’ needs and process documentation (Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements, In-House Policies, Invoicing, Finance Contracts, Customer Correspondence) Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from insurers before forwarding to the client Contact clients for renewal information Take client calls and answer questions regarding coverages, accept and process online quotes Negotiate with insurers on coverage and price so as to best meet the needs of the client in conjunction with the producer Update client information as changes occur Answer
