Key Responsibilities:



• Own annual strategy cycles and convert direction into operational goals • Cascade goals and ensure consistent interpretation across the teams • Define tracking methods and collaborate with D&A; for dashboard requirements • Lead E2E process designs for foundational workflows • Manage initiatives effectively, ensuring clarity in scope and ownership
