We’re hiring: Financial Planning Associate / Paraplanner

We are recruiting for a top-tier Vancouver based firm who is seeking an ambitious Financial Planning Associate to drive client plan creation, insurance implementation, and practice operations.

The Prospect

- Client Impact: Direct involvement in case preparation, underwriting coordination, and client relationship management.

What You’ll Do

- Plan Development: Build and update comprehensive financial, retirement, tax, and estate plans.
- Insurance Operations: Research quotes, prepare suitability letters,



manage underwriting requirements, and coordinate new business with carriers.
- Client & Practice Management: Handle client inquiries, update CRM systems, streamline SOPs, and support marketing opportunities.

What You Bring

- LLQP Certification (Active or ability to obtain prior to start date).
- 3+ years of financial planning experience (or a relevant degree in Finance/Financial Planning).
- Language Skills: Fluent English required; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of insurance, segregated funds, and wealth management compliance.
