Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal hygiene
• Build trust through effective communication with residents and families




• Document care tasks accurately on an electronic health record
• Provide companionship and nutritional support as needed
• Identify changes in resident care needs promptly
Requirements:
• Certification as a Personal Support Worker or equivalent
• Current BCLS and First Aid certifications
