professional development, and practice growthCulture & Flexibility: Career development with industry-leading CE, social and networking events, and a flexible, work-life balanced environment that supports your professional growthThe wage for this Dental Assistant position is $28-$35/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.Your RolePrepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environmentAssist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflowTake dental X-rays and digital images as requiredPerform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standardsUpdate patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment careSupport scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasksCollaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality careFollow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelinesEstablish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviourAbout YouRegistered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is requiredPrevious dental assisting experience is preferredWe are committed to building a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities and patients we serve.
