What Youll Do

Prospect and build pipeline through outbound calls, emails,



and targeted outreach

Book qualified meetings for the sales team

Speak with business owners and finance teams about modern banking and payment solutions

Work closely with sales leadership in a fast-paced startup environment

Build the foundation to quickly move into a closing role

What Were Looking For

Minimum 6 to 12 months of BDR, SDR, outbound sales, or similar sales experience

A strong hunter mindset and comfort making cold calls

Someone competitive, coachable, and motivated to grow

Startup, fintech, SaaS, or financial services experience is a strong plus

Must be based in the Toronto area
