Stock Supervisor - Karl Lagerfeld Paris (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership skills, a solid background in retail management, and the ability to foster a positive work environment. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the capability to manage various aspects of store operations, including inventory control, employee training, and customer service.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in merchandising, pricing, and marketing efforts to drive sales.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in cash handling, cashiering, and retail math.




- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control processes.
- Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for customer engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
