Scope of the Position The Warehouse/Counter Associate is responsible for supporting both warehouse operations and customer service activities. This includes picking and packing orders, loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, assisting walk‑in customers, processing orders, and handling product‑related inquiries. The role requires accuracy, robust communication skills, the ability to work in a quick‑paced environment, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift training will be provided.
