In this entrepreneurial role, you'll design key features for our clinical annotation platform, Nota, and manage ML inference infrastructure. Engage in a dynamic development environment using technologies such as React, FastAPI, and AWS. Your contributions will directly support oncology trials and enhance patient care through advanced modeling and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain scalable applications for data management
• Develop features across Nota’s tech stack, from React to PostgreSQL
• Design ML inference services on Kubernetes and Ray Serve




• Architect cloud solutions for data ingestion and ML pipeline
• Implement infrastructure as code practices using Terraform
Requirements:
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Robust Kubernetes and infrastructure management skills
• Experience in CI/CD and GitOps deployment
• Knowledge of multi-cloud environments with AWS primarily
