Key Responsibilities As an Electrical Engineer , you will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design through commissioning. Design and coordinate electrical systems for buildings and complex infrastructure projects; Perform engineering calculations required for the sizing and performance of electrical installations; Prepare, review, and approve plans, specifications, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation; Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations; Collaborate with mechanical, structural, architectural, and construction teams to ensure optimal systems integration; Participate in site surveys, construction site visits, and coordination meetings; Review shop drawings, change requests,



and equivalency proposals; Identify technical challenges and recommend solutions aligned with project objectives; Mentor and support technicians and Engineers-in-Training (EITs); Contribute tothe continuous improvement of design standards, processes, and technological tools. Profile Sought Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Member of theOrdre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ); Experience designing electrical systems for buildings or infrastructure projects; Strong knowledge of applicable Quebec codes and standards; Proficiency with design and coordination tools such as Revit; Robust analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills; Collaborativemindset, autonomy, and sound professional judgment; Strong interest in innovation, continuous improvement, and value-added projects.
