In this role, you will take the lead in the design and improvement of mechanical layouts for plant upgrades and new facilities, directly impacting project outcomes. With your extensive experience in mechanical design, you'll prepare 3D models, conduct trade-off studies, and ensure that all designs meet stringent standards. Collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth flow of design information throughout project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine 3D models of layout designs
• Ensure vendor drawings comply with engineering specifications




• Draft design calculations and detailed sketches
• Prepare reports based on design evaluation studies
• Liaise with interdisciplinary teams to align project goals
Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of practical mechanical design experience
• Solid skills in Plant3D, Revit, and related software
• Proficient communication skills in English; French is bonus
