In this Senior drafting support role, you’ll contribute to the development of infrastructure that supports growing communities while building your technical skills alongside experienced engineers and designers.Your ImpactSupport the preparation of civil engineering drawings for municipal infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, and utilitiesAssist in developing AutoCAD and Civil 3D models and drawings based on engineering directionContribute to the accuracy and quality of design deliverables through careful drafting and revisionsUpdate drawing packages and maintain organized project documentation throughout the design processCollaborate with engineers and designers to incorporate feedback and refine designsSupport quantity take-offs and basic design tasks to aid project deliveryLearn and apply municipal standards, regulations, and best practices in design workContribute to a team culture focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvementThe Skills That Set You ApartDiploma in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field10+ years of experience in drafting preferably in structural infrastructureWorking knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3DFamiliarity with basic civil design concepts such as grading, servicing, and roadworksStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate,
