In this role, you will coordinate design efforts for protection and control systems across a variety of electrical substations. You will take ownership of projects, develop specifications, and support the execution of one-line and AC/DC schematics.
Key responsibilities include collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, performing configuration support for protection relays, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform design for protection and control systems
Prepare specifications, reports, and construction packages
Review vendor drawings for compliance
Support field construction and commissioning activities
Collaborate on factory acceptance testing (FAT)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
3–5 years of relevant power systems experience
EIT or working towards P. Eng. registration
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relay tools
Robust communication and analytical skills
