Ranch Ehrlo Society seeks a full time Manager of Sport Venture to lead barrier-free sports leagues in Regina, SK. Oversee community programs and foster partnerships to support participants.

This leadership role requires robust interpersonal and management skills. You will guide a team in providing sports programming and ensure connections with community organizations, volunteers, participants, and funding agencies. Your mission will focus on collaboration, community engagement, and improving accessibility to sports.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain community sport leagues
Schedule events and secure venues effectively
Organize registration and transportation for programs
Engage and motivate coaches, volunteers, and participants
Manage social media and report on program success

Requirements:
University degree in kinesiology, education, or related field
Minimum four years of supervisory experience
Experience working with at-risk youth
Robust decision-making and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to complete training

Lead community sports initiatives and enhance the access to activities for all at Ranch Ehrlo Society.
