Summary

Seasonal Team Members provide high-touch client service during the holiday season, supporting sales staff and enhancing the in-store experience. They assist with hospitality, point-of-sale tasks, engraving, inventory and other operational needs to help ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients, delivering a memorable in-store experience.
Improve client experience through hospitality and personalized service.
Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
Maintain hospitality areas, keeping them stocked, orderly and clean.
Communicate potential service issues to management and support after-sales servicing.
Support sales team with boxing, wrapping,



replenishing POS and performing POS functions.
Assist operations with policies, inventory counts and special projects as needed.

Requirements
Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Previous retail, luxury retail or client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
Solid verbal and written communication, client service skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to work with a diverse client base in a rapid-paced, changing workplace.
Authorization to work in Canada.
