During this internship, you will have the prospect to:




Respond to users' IT requests to provide support for a variety of infrastructure and software
Install, configure, support, and manage the inventory of IT equipment (computers, printers, phones/phone systems), network equipment, and software for users
Analyze the needs of users and the company's various departments;
Design, program, and test an IT solution that meets the identified needs
Participate in the development of applications, internal tools, or automation scripts
Collaborate on data integration between different IT systems
Conduct testing, validate results, and correct any detected issues
Document completed developments and prepare the necessary user guides
Present project progress to the IT manager and relevant users
Participate in the continuous improvement of the company's technological processes
Contribute to the analysis and implementation of new digital solutions
Provide occasional support to users for certain developed systems or tools
Adhere to best practices in programming, cybersecurity, and data management
Perform any other related tasks associated with the internship
